All merchandise is to be checked upon receipt and any short/wrong deliveries, as well as any faulty items should be notified to our office within 7 days of receipt of the goods.  If possible photo evidence of the issue should be provided to assist with fast resolution of the issue.  Once we have acknowledged that the product is faulty, the goods should be sent to us within 7 days of that acceptance.

Any faulty or defective products can be returned and a replacement product if available will be sent to the customer.  If the product is no longer available, we will provide the customer with a credit for the value of the goods.  Credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  Refunds for faulty goods will only be issued for customers on pre-paid peyment terms who are not continuing a commercial relationship with Nordic Fusion and after receipt and inspection of the faulty goods by Nordic Fusion.

Instructions on how and where to return the faulty goods will be provided by our staf, via e-mail.  All products must be returned on original packaging, unless previously authorised by our staff in writting.  Failure to return the goods in its original packaging may affect our ability to issue a full credit.

Customers will not be required to pay for the freight to return faulty products.  Replacement products (if applicable) will be sent to the customer free of freight charges.
