Freight Charges:
Freight charges calculated upon order placement are based on the volumetric weight of the order, as well as shipping address. However, the system quotes are based on all the items shipped together in one box, which at times might make the freight quote inaccurate. To ensure you are only charged for the true cost of freight, our team will always recalculate the freight for your order once the order is packed and you will only be charged for this actual cost.
If your order is only partially dispatched due to pre-order items or items being out of stock, you will be charged freight with each delivery, but only for the items being dispatched each time.
Alternative shipping arrangements can be organized with our Customer Service Team. If you wish to organize your own freight, please advise our Customer Service team when placing the order.
Transit Time:
The transit time displayed in your order confirmation, is only an estimation of the average transit time from the date/time the goods are collected from our warehouse to your door, and does not include the order processing time in our warehouse. Whilst we aim to dispatch all orders promptly after receipt of each order, from time to time there might be a few days delay between receipt of your order and collection by the freight carrier, due to high volume of orders to be processed by our team.
Orders Dispatch and Payment Requirements:
If the payment terms in our invoice are Pre-Paid, we require full payment of the order prior to shipping. Our team aims to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after payment has been received. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours for our finance team to receive and process payment in our systems before your order can be dispatched.
